RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

 

Velvet Rascal gladly accepts the return or exchange of unused items in original condition and packaging within 30 days of order for a refund, exchange or store credit.  

To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Online purchases can only be returned for exchange via post, to the Velvet Rascal Head Office.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for the return shipping fees.

Velvet Rascal cannot be held liable for return parcels that are lost.
We require returning the parcel using a registered postal service with tracking.

Costs

Velvet Rascal cannot be held liable for the cost of return shipping.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included.

We require returning the parcel using a registered postal service with tracking.

 

Exchange Fees

If you receive an exchange, the cost of shipping your exchanged item will not be included.  The cost of shipping your exchanged item is;
   

            ALL EXCHANGES: $18 AUD Shipping


This cost will need to be paid before we ship your exchange item.



 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late Or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit and bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

CUSTOM ORDERS

All custom pieces are final sale, and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or credit.
